Dies Natalis for alumni

Leiden University celebrates its birthday on 8 February. Traditionally, the LUF organises the Dies Natalis for alumni on the following Saturday. During this festive day, scientists from the university will inform you with great enthusiasm about current research results and developments in their field.

Future alumni are also being considered. Every day we organise a special junior program for the (grand) children, such as a special visit to the special world of the carnivore plant in the Hortus or a private tour by Leiden Egyptologists along colorfully painted statues and centuries-old mummies in the National Museum of Antiquities.
